Late arrival policy: A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for foresee and unforeseen delays. If you need to arrive any time after the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. There is a $10 non refundable rescheduling fee.

Failure to arrive. After your first rescheduled appointment date. You then will be responsible for re booking at full appointment fee
